Frequently Asked Questions

The Library has many, but not all, textbooks available in our Textbook Reserve Collection. 

Textbooks and course reserves are available at the Circulation Desk. Most of these items are for 2-hour in-library use only.  An OCC student ID or OneCard campus ID is required to check out reserve items.  If you are waiting for an ID card, an official ID and student ID number will be accepted. 

To check out a textbook, you need to know the call number of the textbook. You can look this up through OCC Discovery or ask the Reference Librarian at the Reference Desk for help.  

Reserves are restricted to current OCC students and faculty only. Reserve materials that are removed from the facility are immediately subject to fines and replacement costs. For more information, please check our Policy page.
